Job Summary
Gastroenterologist opportunity in Olympia, WA with a physician-led GI group. Features include a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (8 a.m.–5 p.m. with 4 days), a 1:10 call rotation, an advanced endoscopy center with full CRNA MAC coverage, and a clear partnership/ownership track with no buy-in. Compensation ranges from $450k–$500k plus RVU-based incentives, sign-on and relocation bonuses, a fellowship stipend for GI fellows, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice tail, CME allowance, a 401(k) with profit sharing, and private practice autonomy with national support.
