Gastroenterologist

Premier GI group opportunity in Olympia, WA for a Gastroenterologist. Collaborative physician-led practice with a clear path to partnership, strong referral network, and state-of-the-art endoscopy center with full CRNA MAC coverage. Schedule features a 4-day workweek (4 ten-hour shifts) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 1:10 call rotation. Compensation includes $450k-$500k base plus RVU-based incentives, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and fellowship stipend for PGY5 & PGY6 GI Fellows; company-paid malpractice with tail coverage; CME allowance; 401(k) with profit sharing; comprehensive medical/dental/vision and FSA options; paid holidays and PTO.
