Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought to join a physician-led GI group in Olympia, WA. Excellent opportunity with strong referral network, partnership path with no buy-in, and RVU-based incentives. Schedule 8 a.m.–5 p.m. on weekdays with a 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts) and a 1:10 call rotation. State-of-the-art endoscopy center with full CRNA MAC coverage. Competitive compensation ($450k–$500k) plus sign-on and relocation bonuses, fellowship stipend for PGY5/6 GI Fellows, CME, malpractice tail coverage, 401(k) with profit sharing, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Gastroenterology fellowship preferred
- Medical license to practice in Washington State
