Job Summary
Gastroenterologist to join Emory Healthcare, LaGrange, GA campus in the Division of Gastroenterology. The physician will address patients' needs within licensing, training and credentialing frameworks, perform patient care activities, participate in on-call duties, and engage in meetings and committees while practicing medicine within national patient safety goals. Must hold an M.D. or D.O. with Georgia license and be board eligible/board certified; outpatient experience preferred. Competitive salary and benefits within a large health system.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in Georgia
- Board eligible or Board Certified preferred
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
