Job Summary
The Gastroenterologist will address patients' needs within licensing, training, and credentialing, perform patient care activities to fulfill the duties of a Physician, participate in on-call duties, and actively participate in meetings and committees. They will practice medicine within national patient safety goals and contribute to the Emory Healthcare gastroenterology program at the LaGrange, GA campus.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid and unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in the state of Georgia
- Board eligible or Board Certified preferred
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
