Job Summary
Physician in Gastroenterology to address patients' needs within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing at Emory Healthcare, LaGrange campus. Responsibilities include delivering outpatient patient care, ensuring alignment with national patient safety goals, participating in on-call duties, and engaging in meetings and committees. Requires MD or DO, Georgia medical license, DEA certificate, and board eligibility or certification; emphasizes strong interpersonal and clinical skills and experience in outpatient settings. Full-time position in the ESA Gastroenterology division at LaGrange, GA campus.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in Georgia
- Board eligible or Board Certified preferred
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred
