Job Summary
Gastroenterologist needed for Emory Healthcare, LaGrange, GA: provide comprehensive gastroenterology care in outpatient clinics, address patient needs within licensing and credentialing scope, participate in on-call duties, and contribute to meetings/committees while maintaining alignment with national patient safety goals. Requires MD or DO with Georgia license, board eligibility/board certification in Gastroenterology preferred, DEA certificate, and strong clinical, technical, and interpersonal skills. Emory offers competitive salaries and benefits; track/rank commensurate with experience. Full-time, ESA Gastroenterology division, LaGrange campus.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Georgia
- Board eligible or Board Certified preferred in Gastroenterology
- Active DEA certificate
- Experience in outpatient medical practice preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and computer-literate skills
