Job Summary
Gastroenterologist needed at Emory Healthcare, LaGrange Campus. The physician will address patient needs within licensing/training/credentialing scope, provide care to patients in outpatient settings, participate in on-call duties, and engage in meetings/committees while adhering to patient safety goals. Board-eligible/board-certified gastroenterology training, MD/DO degree, active Georgia medical license, and DEA registration are required; outpatient experience and strong interpersonal/technical skills are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree (D.O.)
- valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Georgia
- Board eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology (preferred)
- valid DEA certificate without restriction
- outpatient medical practice experience preferred
- excellent interpersonal skills
- computer literate
