Beaumont-based gastroenterology practice seeks a 6th partner to join a physician-led, GI Alliance-supported private practice. The role offers an initial $600k protected salary with partnership starting in year 3 and potential earnings up to $1M, plus equity vesting of $375k over 3 years. Responsibilities include performing ERCPs (training offered if not experienced), managing high-volume bread-and-butter gastroenterology cases, and participating in clinic and hospital calls with NP coverage. An ASC is attached to the Beaumont clinic, with built-in referrals (3k untouched). The group emphasizes physician-led leadership, clinical governance, and a strong community presence in southeast Texas (Beaumont, TX), located about 90 minutes from Houston. Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Gastroenterologist
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Gastroenterology
