Job Summary
Gastroenterologist sought for a full-time role to join a MaineHealth Gastroenterology team with two other physicians and two nurse practitioners. The position is 40 hours per week with a four-day outpatient endoscopy schedule and one day in the office, plus an inpatient call schedule covering emergent cases and occasional prescription-refill calls. Inpatient consults are shared with NPs. This practice is adjacent to Mid Coast Hospital and the Digestive Health Center, with performance at MGMA 80th percentile. Visa sponsorship is possible. Located in Brunswick, ME, within a supportive integrated health system offering a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Visa sponsorship may be considered
