BE/BC Gastroenterologist sought to join an established multispecialty team in Chelan County, WA. ~70% procedures / 30% clinic with high procedural volume, call 1:8 transitioning to minimal, no admissions and strong hospitalist support. General GI focus with advanced GI backup in a physician-led, collaborative environment. Compensation includes base $573K-$620K plus RVU upside, signing bonus starting at $40K, relocation assistance, $600/month benefits stipend, full benefits, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with 5% match, CME $10K every 2 years, and generous PTO. Location emphasizes Pacific Northwest lifestyle with access to outdoor recreation and wine country.
