Conduct table setup and teardown, including chairs, communication materials, cutlery, and utensils before, during, and after operations. Deliver food and beverages to tables and support restocking of products and tools throughout the shift. Maintain tables as clean and organized for guests and assist in executing the salon checklist. This role supports waitstaff in the Cia. Tradicional de Comércio's casual dining experience across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Campinas.
