Conduct bar cleaning and organization of all materials, equipment, and work areas before, during, and after operations. Mount and replenish bar zones including wash areas, cocktail stations, freezers, and cold rooms. Replenish fruit supplies and clean ice machines. Assist in maintaining hygiene standards and product quality throughout the shift.
