Job Summary
Bartender position with a Chicago-based hospitality group (4C) at multiple venues. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and helping them with food and beverage selection; maintaining liquor, beer, and wine knowledge; craft cocktail preparation; executing server orders; ensuring bar cleanliness; setting up and stocking the bar for each shift. Requires minimum 1 year of bartending experience, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, ability to build memorable guest connections, mastery of specialty cocktails, professional communication with team and management, and the ability to work a variable schedule including weekends.
