Gasification Field Operator

Conduct routine patrols of the Gasification Unit to ensure stable operation and address field upsets per Lead Operator instructions. Execute emergency recovery procedures for tripped units or shutdowns under Lead Operator direction. Perform site sampling tasks per standard programs, verify sampling valve safety, and maintain sampling facilities and tools. Assist Maintenance Engineers with preventive maintenance activities and communicate closely with customers. Compile daily and monthly production reports and participate in safety audits including APSAM, SIP, and SWP protocols. Serve as a reserve personnel for SWP issuance to meet on-site operational requirements.
