Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design, analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions for moderate-to-high complexity Gas Turbine DLE projects; serve as the technical authority across DLE, set standards, and influence project outcomes. Drive risk management and cross-functional collaboration with module PEs, SPEs, and Chiefs to provide global guidance. Mentor next-generation engineers, review and approve technical documentation to ensure compliance, and drive innovation through AI/Automation focal work. Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure successful project execution. Develop and define DLE state-of-the-art practices, pursue process improvements via Lean and AI, and travel globally as needed to support field efforts. This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information; final offers contingent on authorization where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in Gas Turbine Engineering and DLE domain
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering results
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience interfacing with customers and conferences/user groups
- Ability to travel globally as needed
- Experience with Lean and AI to drive process improvements
- Ability to mentor and coach engineers
- Proven ability to develop technical standards and best practices
- US work authorization; ability to obtain export-controlled information access if applicable
