Job Summary
Gas Survey Technician and Driver performing gas-leak surveying on natural gas pipelines, with cross-training in traditional gas leak survey. The role involves day and night shift assignments, travel nationwide up to 75% with per diem and paid travel/hotel, and driving an AMLD survey vehicle. Requires Operator Qualification training, ability to walk several miles daily in outdoor environments, comfort with technology, strong customer service, and strict adherence to safety and quality policies. Required Qualifications
- All Field Technicians are Required to successfully pass Operator Qualification training and testing pertaining to meter work/meter reading to proceed with employment
- Flexibility to travel up to 75% of the time including occasional weekends
- Comfort driving survey vehicle and ability to drive in all-weather conditions
- Ability to walk several miles per day
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technology as needed
- Adherence to safety and quality policies and procedures
- Willingness to work day and night shifts as needed and travel to AMLD assignments
