Job Summary
Conduct inventory counts at various gas stations using handheld scanning equipment, managing field operations, scheduling, travel, and report writing independently. Travel to different cities each week, with 50-75% of the month involving overnight stays, while maintaining confidentiality and interacting professionally with clients and management. Work alone with no micromanagement, setting your own schedule within each quarter while operating as your own manager.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or more years of customer service experience
- Able to work on your feet for the entire shift
- Able to get up consistently for early morning starts
- Demonstrated competence in computer usage and functions
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to AIS's policy
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Must be able to travel out of town and stay overnight in hotels
- Maintain confidentiality necessary to perform the job
- Able to professionally interact with clients, management of all levels, employees within the organization, as well as individuals of diverse backgrounds
