Job Summary
Greet customers at the service counter or fuel pump, assist with purchase inquiries, and suggest daily specials. Accept cash and card payments, balance the register, and verify legal age for lottery, alcohol, and tobacco. Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting restrooms and equipment while stocking sales floor items. Transfer supplies between storage areas and ensure neat inventory placement. Schedule is part-time, Thursday through Sunday, 2–10 pm. Wisconsin bartenders license required.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
- Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change
- Willingness to complete all convenient store tasks
- The ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Currently have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin bartenders license
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
