Job Summary
Conduct servicing and maintenance in domestic social housing properties, aiming for first-time fixes with the support of a 24/7 network. Execute gas service and repair tasks while adhering to PH Jones and British Gas safety standards. This role requires a valid UK driving license, right to work in the UK, and two years of qualified experience, including ACS certification with CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, and CKR1. Based in Cheltenham, Gloucester, and Stroud, the position offers a basic salary of £33,640.84 with earnings up to £45,000 through a unique price-work structure. Full-time permanent employment includes a fully costed van, fuel card, employee energy allowance, and a company-funded pension scheme.
Required Qualifications
- Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
- Right to Work in the UK
- 2 year's minimum qualified experience
- ACS qualified, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1
- Knowledge of all procedures and safety measures to PH Jones and British Gas standards
