Gas Plant Operator/Pumper

Job Summary
Operate gas plant equipment including compressors, process pumps, heaters, and fresh water system; collect samples and analyze to ensure propane/butane/condensate meet quality specifications; switch production and valves to prepare product for sale; determine safe movement of products through pipelines; monitor for leaks and potential hazards; report problems and implement emergency procedures; perform routine and preventive maintenance; work in rotating shifts and cross-train as needed (Electrician/MEchanic); require a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license; on-site role in Watford City, ND.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
