Gas Operational Planner - 14.5 hours

Job Summary
Plan and schedule day-to-day and emergency repairs using the Repairs System, forecasting and managing trade colleague diaries while liaising with customers to update them. Organise work and replan appointments at short notice, identifying and resolving operational issues to manage schedule disruption. Update systems for communication continuity, speak with customers to resolve outstanding issues, and allocate repairs, planned maintenance, servicing, and cyclical works. Monitor queries from customers and engineers, arrange appointments via central email, and order van and non-van stock replenishments. Thursday 8am–4:30pm and Friday 8am–4pm. Starting salary £11,748 per year. Hybrid working based in Bradford (BD17 7BN).
Required Qualifications
- Excellent IT skills and able to operate multiple systems effectively
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks with excellent diary management
- Experience of planning and scheduling repairs in a housing, property maintenance, or similar operational environment
- Extensive customer service experience, with excellent communication skills
- Diary management experience or excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and perform under pressure
- Commutable distance of BD17 7BN and able to work hybrid
- Right to Work in the UK - Visa Sponsorship is not available
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of planning and scheduling repairs in a housing, property maintenance, or similar operational environment is advantageous
