The Gas Foreman will oversee gas operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with standards while directing a crew in various tasks. Responsibilities include determining construction sequences, running projects independently, using tools and machinery like power drills and excavation equipment, and evaluating crew performance. Candidates should have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, and must comply with OSHA safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Skilled with various hand and power tools
- Knowledge of gas lines
- Competent operating excavators, backhoe, trencher, etc.
- Valid driver license and driving record in compliance with our policy
- OQs Certification
- Understands how to use hand and power tools
- Make decisions in an emergency situation
Desired Qualifications
- Vocational training in a trade
- 1 year of experience in the inside and/or outside gas contracting sector
