Job Summary
Conduct planned maintenance, refurbishment, and repairs for kitchen and bathroom renewal projects within the social housing sector in Nottingham. Perform work using 110v or battery-operated tools while maintaining a valid CSCS or JIB card and holding a UK right to work. Operate a personal vehicle or van to access sites and ensure all tasks comply with health and safety standards, asbestos awareness protocols, and manual handling requirements. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within the Social Housing sector
- Valid CSCS card/JIB card
- Right to work in the UK
- Tools - 110v or battery-operated
- Driving licence and access to own vehicle (van preferred)
- Good English-conversational level
- Public Liability Insurance
