Job Summary
Conduct predetermined gas safety audits across Bradford and surrounding areas, inspecting installations for compliance with legislative requirements and best practices. Input findings using CORGI's digital platform while occasionally planning work across multiple contracts. Provide support to regional auditors and handle technical inquiries regarding gas safety. This part-time, day-shift role requires a vehicle and relevant ACS qualifications, with pay structured at £30 per completed audit. Additional fuel costs are covered beyond 100 miles daily, and the team offers free training in auditing, health, and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working within the gas industry with a detailed knowledge of domestic and/or commercial gas installations (MIN 5+ YEARS)
- Relevant ACS gas qualifications
- Own a vehicle suitable for work, along with necessary tools and equipment
- Required insurances (e.g., Public Liability £5 MIL)
- Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism
- Up-to-date knowledge of compliance and legislation
- Strong focus on quality of work and safety
- Located in and willing to cover Bradford and the surrounding areas
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- On the road
