Gas Compliance Coordinator

Gas Compliance Coordinator responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting for CoServ Gas, including submitting damage reporting forms on time, reconciling RRC penalties/payments and invoicing, maintaining 49 CFR Part 192-aligned records, assisting with regulatory audits and procedures, tracking gas damages and data, preparing evidence for revenue recovery, validating invoices and materials, calculating gas loss, maintaining data integrity across reporting systems, supporting system enhancements and UAT, and coordinating with Engineering, GIS, contractors, and internal teams. Key duties also include supporting Public Awareness and damage prevention programs, managing the K-12 compliance program per RRC requirements, and participating in 811 education and industry groups; requires basic MS Word/Outlook/Excel skills and a Texas driver’s license.
