Job Summary
Provide customer service and maintain positive relations by handling questions, comments, requests, and complaints in a diverse team environment. Perform all aspects of fueling vehicles, filling propane, stocking displays, and managing merchandise quality and price integrity. Execute general clean-up duties including cleaning spills, fixtures, pump islands, and washrooms to ensure a neat department. Adhere to Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental regulations while maintaining equipment and tools. Assist with ordering, receiving procedures, inventory takes, and tobacco lotteries. Must be 16 years of age, fluent in English, and hold Grade 9 education or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 9 or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Must be 16 years of age
- Must be fluent in English (CLBA - Canadian Language Benchmark Assessment score of 5 or higher)
- Previous retail or related experience
