Job Summary
Gas Bar Attendant at Central Alberta Co-op in Red Deer, AB. Provide outstanding customer service, dispense fuel and propane, process payments, receive/unpack/display merchandise, maintain a clean and safe work environment, perform car wash duties as needed, and support marketing initiatives. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate with attention to safety. Availability includes weekdays and weekends across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 years old (as per government regulations for dispensing fuel and propane)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required
- Previous experience in fuel dispensing is an asset; training available
