Job Summary
Clear tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables while resetting them promptly. Ensure dining room cleanliness by wiping surfaces, clearing debris, and monitoring activity. Support the restaurant team by addressing guest requests, resolving complaints, and communicating special needs. Maintain prompt service standards across all assigned tables. This role requires flexibility with hours, alcohol and food handler certifications, and the ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours daily. You will work in a luxury lifestyle hotel environment with moderate noise and temperature variations.
Required Qualifications
- Alcohol service certification
- Food Handler certification
- Flexibility with workdays and hours
- Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and through legible writing
- Ability to walk and stand 6-8 hours per day
- Ability to climb and use balance
- Ability to use hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Close vision

Desired Qualifications
