Garment Technician - Cotton On Global Support Centre

Lead fit sessions and provide expert direction on fit, construction and garment balance; own fit comments, specifications, and technical documentation across development; build and maintain block libraries to ensure consistent fit; partner with Design to support product development and advise on fit and construction; collaborate with suppliers to communicate technical requirements and ensure accurate execution; support fabric and trim decisions to ensure the product is fit for purpose; drive continuous improvement in fit, quality and product performance; collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Buying, Production and Quality teams; strong knowledge of garment construction, fit principles, fabrics and material performance; experience with offshore suppliers; proficiency in Microsoft Office; CAD/Adobe skills are highly regarded; passionate about product with a sharp eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
