Job Summary
Answer call lights promptly and assist residents with all aspects of their daily living needs. Complete ADL, work sheet, turn sheet, and restraint sheet every shift while reporting any changes in resident conditions. Contribute to comprehensive assessments and care plans in cooperation with other care providers to meet individualized resident requirements. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures. This part-time evening shift (1:45pm–10:15pm) includes every-other weekends and rotating holidays. Current Certified Nurse Aide certification from Nebraska and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Nurse Aide certification from the State of Nebraska or willing to obtain certification
- CPR certified or able to get certification
- Must be able to lift residents (for transfers or repositioning)
- Part-time
- Evening Shift: 1:45pm - 10:15pm
- 24 hours per week
- Every-other weekend
- Rotating holidays
