Welcome and assist guests using pool facilities, set up and maintain loungers, towels, and cabanas, and take and deliver food and beverage orders where applicable. Ensure the pool area remains clean, organized, and well presented while responding to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner. Work closely with the Food & Beverage and Leisure teams to deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
