Gardener (Permanent)

Mow lawns, maintain shrubs and herbaceous borders, and manage turf including dew removal, debris clearance, reseeding, and watering. Prepare seasonal bedding and pot plants while controlling weeds, and level, rake, and repair gravel paths. Ensure the site remains free of rubbish, trim hedge lines and tree bases, and maintain precise edging. Thin fruit, water, and harvest as required, control pond weeds, and preserve water features. Maintain woodlands to required standards, clear gravel drives, and clean inflatables like bouncy castles. Perform any additional tasks requested by management within the position scope.
