Gardener

Care for property grounds including landscaping, irrigation systems, and lawn maintenance. Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems; plant, replace, and transplant flowers, bulbs, grass, trees, and shrubs; maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, weeding, trimming, and other upkeep; trim, prune, edge grass, and perform lawn maintenance. Operate and refuel equipment such as dump trucks, tractors, and other vehicles; remove trash and maintain exterior areas. Follow safety policies, report defects or hazards, wear a clean uniform, and support team goals. Requires ability to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform varied manual dexterity tasks. Education: High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license; at least 1 year of related experience.
