Job Summary
Maintain hotel gardens, grounds, and outdoor areas to a high standard while ensuring the cleanliness of public and guest spaces. Conduct regular maintenance checks and minor repairs including tiling, painting, plumbing, and general fixes. Keep lighting, plant rooms, and pool areas clean and operating correctly, while maintaining company vehicles in operational condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and manage waste and contractor coordination. Keep the workshop, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and safe. Follow all safety procedures and maintain relevant registers. This role requires a valid WA automatic driver's license, weekend availability, and hands-on experience in groundskeeping with pool management preferred. Commencing 21st August 2026, you will join the Country Comfort Perth team within the Vista Hospitality Group.
Required Qualifications
- Valid WA automatic drivers' licence for cars
- Hands-on experience in groundskeeping and general maintenance
- Good physical fitness, with the ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform manual tasks
- Knowledge of safe work practices and WHS standards
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- A positive can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Weekend availability
- Reliable

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
