Job Summary
Maintain attractive, well-kept gardens and outdoor areas following the village's landscaping plans while keeping all buildings, grounds, and shared spaces clean, tidy, and safe. Manage rubbish removal in line with local requirements and work closely with Property and Village Managers to plan and report on maintenance tasks and budgets. Support a positive village environment by applying relevant health, safety, and village legislation while collaborating professionally with residents and staff. This full-time 40-hour fixed term role runs Monday to Friday from August to October 2026. Summerset is dedicated to bringing the best of life to residents through community-focused care and teamwork.

- Experience in gardening or landscaping
- Relevant horticultural qualification
