Garden Furniture - Department Head

Manage the Garden Furniture Department by maintaining stock levels, overseeing accurate ordering and clearance, and purchasing within company guidelines. Coordinate with line management and Product Managers to optimize range availability while taking full responsibility for departmental operations in the Manager's absence. Organize team tasks, handle customer queries with courtesy, and use initiative to drive sales through direct customer interaction. Monitor appearance standards and ensure all team members adhere to service protocols. Full-time, 40-hour role including alternate weekend work.
