Job Summary
Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations, and identify pleading requirements to delegate tasks to paralegals. Prepare discovery responses, manage document production, and attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events while providing thorough reports. Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary, maintaining regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in New York or have pending New York bar exam results
- 2-5 years of practice experience
