Job Summary
Garden Center Merchandiser responsible for care, display, and replenishment of Costa Farms products in garden centers across Watertown, Natick, Waltham, and Marlborough, MA. Maintain brand standards and planograms, rotate inventory based on freshness, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accurate inventory reporting. Duties include stocking and presenting products, following merchandising standards, completing surveys and Go Spot Check missions, coordinating with store personnel, lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in varying weather, and adapting to flexible scheduling (including weekends, nights, and holidays).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous retail, merchandising, or garden center experience preferred
