Job Summary
Conduct warranty analysis for manufacturing defects identified by dealers, verifying vehicle and parts compliance with the warranty plan. Review third-party service occurrence details and values to approve and forward claims for payment. Issue entry and exit invoices for parts received or sent for technical analysis or scrap to maintain inventory control. Register campaigns and recalls via the system based on technical data from the manufacturer to inform dealers of necessary repairs. Requires high school diploma, medical and dental assistance, life insurance, and transport/meal vouchers.
