Job Summary
Park customers' vehicles in designated spots safely and securely while keeping track of keys and maintaining organization throughout the garage. Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly interactions, professional communication, and accurate information about hours, rates, and promotions. Perform assigned cleaning duties, facilitate shift transitions, and assist with damage or accident support forms. Maintain a neatly groomed appearance, adhere to safety protocols and the VPNE attendance policy, and wear appropriate safety gear. Must possess a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to operate manual transmission vehicles, and lift up to 50 lbs. Entry-level role requiring proficiency in English and an upbeat personality.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to smile during customer interactions
- Possess an upbeat personality, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a strong work ethic
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to move quickly
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Ability to create relationships with customers
- Be organized
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's current insurance provider
