Job Summary
Garage Valet Attendant responsible for parking and retrieving customer vehicles, maintaining safety and organization in the garage, and delivering a positive guest experience. Role requires professional communication, ability to operate vehicles (including manual transmission), lift up to 50 lbs, read/write English, and pass background checks. Duties include managing keys, providing information on hours/promotions, adhering to VPNE safety protocols, maintaining a groomed appearance, and performing cleaning duties as assigned. Entry level with emphasis on safety, customer service, and efficient vehicle handling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Ability to move quickly
- Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Be able to pass a driving test on a manual transmission vehicle
- Maintain uniform standards when on job premises
- Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE’s current insurance provider
- Ability to organize cars efficiently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Possess a valid Driver’s License
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check
