Garage Operations Manager

Direct east coast hog production garage operations and manage the upkeep of all production assets, including trucks and trailers. Oversee internal maintenance processes, vendor relationships, and procurement strategies to negotiate costs and establish new product specifications. Ensure repairs, service, and maintenance workflows meet established metrics and KPIs while maintaining safety programs and quality control for in-house and vendor work. Supervise employee training, performance evaluations, and contractor oversight to maintain shop policies and procedures.
