Job Summary
Conduct installation, service, and repair of garage and overhead doors for residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues quickly and effectively while troubleshooting access systems in real-time. Maintain detailed job documentation and represent the company with a focus on customer satisfaction. Support emergency on-call rotation as needed. Work independently or as part of a team to meet customer expectations. Perform these tasks safely while handling electrical components and working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Overhead Door Technician experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a comfort level handling electrical components
- Experience working with openers, barrier gates, and access control systems
- No issues working at heights or with heavy tools and materials
- A clean driver's abstract and criminal record
- Physically capable of performing daily tasks safely and efficiently
- Support our emergency on-call rotation as needed
