Job Summary
Greet customers, assist with parking questions and payment kiosks, and monitor vehicle traffic to ensure safe, efficient flow. Perform routine facility inspections, maintain cleanliness by removing litter, and report maintenance or safety concerns. Issue parking permits, validate tickets, and respond to inquiries or escalate issues as needed. Observe suspicious activity, accidents, or damage, and assist with traffic control during peak periods or special events. Complete required logs and reports accurately while following all safety procedures and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform routine physical tasks
- Must have sufficient vision and hearing to monitor garage activity and ensure safety
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on operational needs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or parking operations experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills, if applicable
