Job Summary
Lead the Front Office data production team as a platform owner and senior escalation leader, managing oversight of resources and crafting SOPs for training new hires. Act as the primary decision-maker for P1/P2 incidents, major incident command, and production crises, while driving end-to-end ITSM accountability for audit findings and recurrence reduction. Own critical, revenue-impacting platforms central to trade processing and data integrity, utilizing PL/SQL, Unix, and shell scripting to automate L2/L3 workflows and implement predictive operational capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of and ability to use PL/SQL
- Working knowledge of Autosys
- Strong knowledge of Unix/linux including shell scripting
- General understanding of Windows
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years of database administration, cloud and production support experience
- Experience managing production support team
- Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management
- Experience supporting mission-critical financial applications
- Experience working within 24x7 operational support environments
- Bachelors Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject
