GAP Product Administrator

Job Summary
Process and manage GAP program applications, ensuring accurate system entry and maintaining data integrity. Issue certificates, endorsements, and cancellations while coordinating with customers, carriers, and lenders to facilitate claims processing and resolve billing inquiries. Conduct regular audits of policy documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and prepare reports on policy counts and claims metrics. Develop training materials for internal and external teams, and collaborate with product development and IT to enhance the GAP suite. Maintain accurate records of all policies and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active property and casualty insurance adjuster's license for the State of Texas
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in insurance administration, claims, automotive finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of GAP, ADR and VPP/Theft products and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Prior data analysis experience
- Knowledge of mortgage agreements, and lending practices
- Prior P&C Insurance, Mortgage, or Forced Placed Insurance related experience
- Ability to supervise office operations and multiple tasks
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Department Account Management & Service Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
