Job Summary
Position responsible for the daily repair, maintenance and operation of slot machines, slot data collection system, progressive control systems, shufflers, chippers, and Plexi-glass projects. Performs routine and in-depth troubleshooting and maintenance on low voltage electro-mechanical table game equipment; documents and reports daily activities and repairs; safeguards tribal assets and reports concerns to management. Requires strong written/verbal communication, organizational skills, and adherence to slot operations standards and company Core Values; full-time role based in Uncasville, CT, within a casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical equipment
- Completion of the Slot Technical training and development program in repair and maintenance of electronic slot machines, redemption kiosks, Racebook and cashiering equipment
