Job Summary

Provide expert guidance on gaming compliance and regulatory matters for internal stakeholders and external clients. Monitor local and international regulatory developments (MGA and other supervisory bodies). Liaise with clients to outline optimal operational setups and act as a regulatory consultant for regulatory changes and compliance demands. Manage submissions including new licence applications and assist with due diligence materials, business plans, technical and operational policies, and outsourcing agreements. Maintain a portfolio of clients, addressing day-to-day regulatory queries and ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and timely reporting. Serve as a point of contact with MGA and other supervisory bodies to respond to inquiries and address identified information gaps. Demonstrate strong communication, proactive collaboration, ability to work under pressure with multiple clients, and a keen interest in legal developments shaping rapidly evolving industries. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Finance, Law, or a related field, or a Professional Certificate in Gaming or Compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree (MQF Level 6) in Commerce, IT, Finance, Law, or a related field; or a Professional Certificate in Gaming or Compliance.
