Job Summary
Gaming Manager responsible for leading a high-performing gaming room and service-focused team at The Wilsonton Hotel. Manages floor operations, drives exceptional hospitality, builds local rapport, and ensures compliance and safe gaming. Candidates should have hands-on experience in gaming operations, strong leadership and people skills, knowledge of RSA and RSG/RCG requirements, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Focus on delivering outstanding service, engaging with regulars, and maintaining room presentation while working in a hands-on, partner-focused environment. Must be able to work in shifts as part of Full-Time or Part-Time roles.
